Olalere Olabiran graduated with a degree in Sociology from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University) Ago-Iwoye. Thereafter, he attended the University of Lagos, Akoka-Yaba for his Master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN). His career trajectory spans over three decades and cuts across different multinational companies including West African Batteries Limited (Exide), PZ Cussons Plc, General Electric (GE), IBM and Nokia (West Africa).

In 2019, he joined the executive team of Pivot-GIS Limited as Head of Human Resources function. His primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the formulation and execution of HR policies, programmes and processes that contribute to the engagement and optimal utilisation of the human capital of the organisation.

Since joining the company, Olalere has concentrated on a better alignment of the HR strategies with the line operations. Together with his team of HR professionals, they have leveraged their strong and effective relational skills, business acumen with the understanding of key client issues to build trust and credibility with the leadership and the entire workforce.
